7 months old! January 15, 2011

Dear Emily,

Today you are 7 months old my little nugget.

Where has the time gone!?

You got you first two teeth this month.  And from what I hear, you are a great little 'teether'. The night your teeth came out was not a big deal to you at all...you were just a little restless and you stirred the entire night.  No crying though. And the next morning, I saw your cute little teef. lol

You chew on everything you can get those two tiny teeth on. Your favorite seems to be your wooden toys and our fingers.

You also love to try new foods.  We don't "force feed" you, we let you feed yourself and we give you real whole food...no purees or rice cereal for you! You favorites are sweet potato, apples and peaches and avacado.  We also let you use a spoon to feed yourself and you are pretty good at it.  I do have to pre-load your spoon sometimes though, but you don't seem to mind. :)
